To validate your participation to a race with fins, it is MANDATORY AND ESSENTIAL to download BEFORE THE 31/07/2024 on your profile :
- a medical certificate dated less than 8 months on the day of the race and specifying the "no contraindication to swimming at sea in competition".

Swimmers under the age of 18 must upload on their profile a parental consent.
